Q: What areas do you serve?

We’re based in Oakland County, Michigan, and serve all surrounding counties. If you’re outside this area, contact us—we may still be able to accommodate.

Q: What’s included with the trailer rental?

Each rental includes a fully stocked trailer with toilet paper, paper towels, soap, running water, climate control, lighting, and light decorations. Delivery, setup, and pickup and cleaning is also included.

Q: Does the trailer require power or water hookup?

Yes, our trailers require electricity hookup to run the pumps, air conditioning or heating, and lights. Since our trailers have running sinks and flushing toilets, it requires fresh water too! If your site doesn’t have access to power or water, don’t sweat it! We can fill the onboard water tank and bring a generator.

Water

A standard garden hose connection (city water or clean well water) within 100 ft of the trailer is all that’s required to run water. We’ll bring the hose!

Power

The restroom trailer needs dedicated 20-amp, 110-volt outlets (or a 3,000-watt generator). This circuit must be used only for the restroom — not shared with lights, catering, refrigerators or any other equipment.

Warm weather use: One dedicated 20-amp outlet is enough to power the air conditioning and all standard features.

Cooler weather: Two dedicated 20-amp outlets are needed to run the heating system and other electrical needs.

If you’d like to run hot water or if there are freezing temperatures, add one extra 20-amp outlet to the above.

We will bring our own cords with us too!

Q: What if my event doesn’t have access to power or water?

No problem! We offer a generator and onboard water supply to ensure full functionality even at remote locations.

Q: How many guests can the trailer accommodate?

Capacity depends on the duration of your event and overall guest usage. Our two stall trailer can typically accommodate up to 175 guests for a 6 hour event. Contact us with your event details, and we’ll help determine if our trailer is the right fit.

Q: How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible—especially during peak season—to ensure availability. You can check our availability here.

Q: Do I need to be present for delivery?

Yes, we require someone to be on-site during delivery to guide trailer placement and confirm access to power and/or water if needed.

Q: Do I have to clean the restrooms after my event?

Your rental includes cleaning provided by our team following your event. Additional charges may apply for excessive mess or damage.
